The Institute of Mathematical and Theoretical Physics at Michigan State University will host the second Great Lakes Mathematical Physics Meeting in, June 2017. The tentative dates are June 23,24 and 25.
Friday will be focused on young researchers, with a three lecture mini-course and a round table discussion on career issues. Saturday and Sunday will feature invited lectures and a round table discussion on current research topics in mathematical physics. Each day there will be a session of twenty minute short talks by young researchers. The meeting will be of broad interest to researchers working in mathematical physics. Thus the invited speakers work in diverse fields.
